Charlotte and her team walk Jasper twice a week for me, very reliable, I have never received a phone call to say that they cannot walk him as they always cover sickness, the team are very caring and understand the dogs individual needs. Jasper is kept to his routine and I know that he is looked after and spoilt rotten, which is peace of mind when you are not at home and don't have to worry. First class service.

We have been using Charlotte and her team for over a year now and we have been extremely impressed with their professional service. When we have used catteries in the past, our cats would always come back sad and looking generally unwell. It often took three or four days for their happy demeanours to return. However, since using Charlotte, whenever we return home it feels as if we have never left. Our cats are happy, their coats are glossy and you can tell they have been looked after by people who love them. My beloved 12 year old Persian cat is more than just a pet, he is part of our family. Two years ago he developed a heart condition and we feared the worst. He has recovered well but has to have medication twice a day which literally keeps him alive. The first year, we didn't have a holiday because we were fearful of leaving him with anyone. We tried a cattery, but he was quite poorly when we picked him up. Luckily I met Charlotte from Experienced and Reliable pet sitters whilst at the vets, and she has looked after him ever since if we go away. I don't need to worry about him and feel completely confident that Charlotte will look after him as well as I do. When we return home, we have a happy, healthy cat who has been so well cared for. I wouldn't trust anyone else with him and I am so happy with the service Charlotte provides. I would highly recommend to anyone and find the service very good value.
